Welcome to the refreshed edition of Kaptio’s customer newsletter. We’re committed to keeping you informed about what’s happening at Kaptio, and this newsletter will serve as a key channel for sharing updates, insights, and important information with our valued customers.
As we move through 2025, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the progress we’ve made and share some of the key milestones that are shaping our future together.
The past six months have been a period of significant growth and momentum for Kaptio. In November, we were thrilled to announce our partnership with new investors, led by growth fund VEX, marking a pivotal moment in Kaptio’s journey. This investment brings not only funding but also deep growth expertise that will help accelerate our innovation and support our continued journey. In 2024 we were delighted to welcome new customers to the Kaptio platform, including industry leaders such as Intrepid and Tauck. It’s an honour to partner with these world-class brands as they transform their operations and elevate customer experiences using Kaptio’s solutions.
In November, we hosted our first-ever Kaptio Unite event—a milestone gathering that brought together customers, partners, and thought leaders from across the travel sector. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and we’re excited to confirm that Kaptio Unite will return this October. Official invites went out last month, and we can’t wait to share more details soon.
Looking ahead, we remain focused on strengthening our strategic partnerships. In April of this year, we announced a new collaboration with Therefore Interactive, aimed at accelerating online growth for tour operators and setting new benchmarks in travel technology. That same month, we co-hosted an executive leadership dinner in Boston with Aquiva Labs, another strategic partner of Kaptio. It was an engaging evening of conversation and collaboration, and we plan to host more of these events throughout the year to connect and share ideas with industry leaders.
Operationally, we’ve implemented a “follow the sun” support model, ensuring we can provide continuous, 24/7 service to our customers across the globe. To support our growing global footprint, we’ve also launched a new sales office in Australia, with Rebecca Esterhuizen leading our efforts in the APAC region.
We're excited to let you know that in July, we'll be launching our Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. This is a key step in helping us understand how we're doing and, more importantly, how we can better serve you. Your feedback will directly shape the future of Kaptio, and we can't wait to hear what you think.
